Berry, Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Berry, Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 tablespoon flax seed or wheat germ
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk

 Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. If it's too thick , add more milk.
